Our story
SUKA started with one stubborn idea — that a proper cup of South Indian filter coffee should not cost a fortune, and should never be rushed. We grind fresh, let the decoction drip in its own time, and pull it to the right strength before the milk goes in. Sugar or jaggery, you decide at the counter.
Around that one cup we've built a small menu we actually stand behind: masala-free honest teas, badam milk, fresh fruit juices pressed to order, thick shakes, hot sandwiches and fries. Everything is pure vegetarian. Come at 7 in the morning for the first filter of the day, or at 10 at night when the road quietens down — we're open right through.
